They were at every showing, inspection, and even helped facilitate transfers of insurance, etc. It should also be noted that crucial to the success of our transactions was their right-hand rockstar, Deanna. Deanna was instrumental in answering questions, coordinating, attending walk-throughs, and everything in between. This is a team of rock stars who know how to get things done and work their butts off. They deliver so much value and are simply great people to work with. Although we don’t see any real estate transactions in our near future, we will wholeheartedly refer The Llorca team over and over and over again."
