We vetted them for a while until we decided they were the best agents to sell our beloved home. Once we decided to list, we were so thoroughly impressed with them, their work ethic, professionalism, and experience at every turn. We come from a family of real estate agents, brokers, mortgage brokers, and real estate underwriting professionals, and I can confidently say Nina and Carlo are the best we have ever worked with. Our transactions were somewhat unique in that we needed to sell our home to successfully purchase our new home, however, we knew that putting in a sale contingency just was not going to work in today’s market. Once we found a great home to buy, they negotiated strong terms to give us the opportunity to get ours listed and sold in record time. We literally decided at noon to list that night, and not 2 hours later, Nina was back at our house with a professional photographer and even trimming the trees herself to get the best possible photos. Within 2 days, she had our home professionally cleaned, decluttered, and staged to host several open houses that weekend. We ended the weekend with multiple offers, over asking, even with a softening market. I don’t know what magical powers they possess, but it works. On our purchase, they worked day, night, and even on their family vacation, to negotiate our purchase and even helped us not only find our dream home, but secure it in our budget, which was way under the list price. They were at every showing, inspection, and even helped facilitate transfers of insurance, etc. It should also be noted that crucial to the success of our transactions was their right-hand rockstar, Deanna. Deanna was instrumental in answering questions, coordinating, attending walk-throughs, and everything in between. This is a team of rock stars who know how to get things done and work their butts off. They deliver so much value and are simply great people to work with. Although we don’t see any real estate transactions in our near future, we will wholeheartedly refer The Llorca team over and over and over again.
