Carlo Llorca, Broker Associate, TEAM LEAD
Both Carlo and Nina came to Naples by way of migrating. Carlo moved from Cuba to Naples, Florida in 1976 where he attended school until graduating from a local high school and quickly enlisted in the U.S. Navy. After an 8-year enlistment and completing his master’s degree, Carlo settled back in Naples and began a 20 year career in law enforcement.
Carlo and Nina met in 2013, and married in 2015. They merged their two families and added their daughter to the mix in 2016. Carlo joined Nina in the insurance business after he retired from law enforcement.
As the insurance company’s roster of clients grew, they realized they wanted to help the community further. They looked into real estate, which they discovered was a natural fit, and haven’t looked back.
As they began listing properties, they quickly realized that buying or selling a home is a very personal experience. The Nina Loves Naples Team recognizes this and tailors each customer’s experience to give them the support, reassurance, and A+ service.
They also believe that how a home looks is the key to selling it, which is why they created our “Staged and Styled to Sell” brand.
They meticulously stage and style all listings using a multiple step process and transform each home listed into a showstopper – attracting buyer interest and statistically getting higher sales prices.
In 2022, Carlo furthered his studies and earned his license as a Broker. His additional in-depth knowledge of law, contracts, and the rules and regulations of the real estate industry helps the Team better serve their clients.
Azemina "Nina" Llorca, REALTOR, TEAM LEAD
Both Carlo and Nina came to Naples by way of migrating. Nina was born in Montenegro, and her family migrated to the US when she was 4 years old and then resided in Long Island, NY until relocating to Naples, FL. After years in the field, she started her own insurance agency in 2011.

Deanna Monastiero, REALTOR, Director of Operations
Born in Baltimore, MD, Deanna's family relocated when she was 5 years old to the New England area where she lived for most of her life. Growing tired of the harsh winters and snow and missing a daughter who had relocated to Naples, the state of Florida called her name...long and loud! In 2016 Deanna and her husband relocated to Florida and now reside in beautiful Naples.
Since relocating they have added a son-in-law in 2019, a grandson in 2021, and fraternal twin grandson and granddaughter in 2023.
In 2021, she joined the Nina Loves Naples Team as their Director of Operations. She is a licensed FL Realtor, and uses that knowledge to ensure all of the Team's transactions are smooth from start to finish.
The Team's philosophy for both sellers and buyers takes into account what a personal life event a real estate transaction is. A house is not just a place for personal belongings, it is a "home" and has years of memories associated with it. Buying or selling a home is a very personal experience, and the Nina Loves Naples Team recognizes this and tailors each customer's experience to give them the support, reassurance, and A+ service the Team prides themselves on providing.

Anthony Lombardi, REALTOR
Anthony Lombardi joins our Team with an extensive background in law enforcement and community service.
Anthony is a retired law-enforcement officer with 30 years of dedicated service to the communities in which he worked; the last of which was with the City of Naples Police Department.
Anthony resides in North Naples with his wife Nicole and their two children Gavin and Makayla. Makayla is attending her sophomore year at the University of Tampa and Gavin is in his sophomore year at Baron Collier high school.
For the past 30 years he has dedicated his life to helping and serving others. His wish is to continue that tradition by providing his clients the best service and professionalism when selling or buying a home.
Alina Ramdedovic, REALTOR
Born and raised in Naples, Alina knows the ins and outs of the area and all the great local spots.
Alina is also a licensed insurance sales representative, and her in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial insurance will serve her real estate clients well.
Alina loves traveling, the beach, and spending time with her family.
Maggie Harrington, Transaction Coordinator
Maggie was born in Sarasota, FL and graduated from Riverview High School, followed by a degree in accounting and payroll from CDI College in Vancouver, BC, Canada. After an exciting career in both the Hospitality Management and Business Management industries she decided to mix her love of helping and serving along with her extensive knowledge of business into her passion for Real Estate.
In 2019 she joined Coldwell Banker Realty as a Sales Support Administrator learning the industry from the inside out. After the birth of her second daughter in 2022, she decided to expand her knowledge and obtained her Florida Real Estate license and transitioned into a Transaction Coordinator joining the Nina Loves Naples team shortly after.
When not doing all things Real Estate, Maggie enjoys spending time with her partner Ben, their two young daughters Charlotte (2), Payton (1) and puppy Mia.
